💳 Billing & Payments Cancellation
## Cancellation To cancel your subscription, tap the account icon in the top right corner of the screen (your initials, or a person symbol) and choose "Manage / Cancel" in the menu that opens. ### You will be asked to sign in again Cancelling cannot be undone, so if some time has passed since you last signed in we ask you to sign in once more (the same applies when you change your payment details). This is not a fault. It is what protects your family's learning records if a device is lent out or lost. Once you have signed in you are taken back to the page you were on. See [Re-authentication for Important Actions](/en/support/c/account/reauth/) for details. ### Two choices - Cancel today and refund the unused days: cancels there and then, and refunds the unused part of the current billing period pro rata. Access ends immediately. - Keep access until the end of this period: no refund, but you keep access until the period you have already paid for ends, and it stops automatically at that point. ### Cancelling and deleting your account are not the same thing - Cancelling: stops the payments, nothing else. Your account and your learning data stay exactly as they are. You can pick up again later with the same account. - Deleting your account: erases the account and all learning data. If a subscription is active it is cancelled at the same time and the unused days are refunded. Deletion cannot be undone. → [Delete Your Account](/en/support/c/account/delete/) If you want to stop paying but keep the learning data, cancellation is the one to choose. Card changes and billing history are handled in the Stripe portal ([here](/en/manage-subscription/)). If anything goes wrong, write to us from the "Other" chat.
