## How to Read the "Review" Count
The **"N Reviews"** shown on learner cards on the home screen and on the progress page represents **the number of kanji due for review as of today**.
- The higher this number, the more kanji you have prioritized for review today.
- As you work through your reviews, the number will go down. Even when it reaches 0, new kanji and mastery-check questions will continue to appear.
